Delta Reign promos: Kyogre MEP 117, Seel MEP 116, Spritzee MEP 115 and where to find them

Delta Reign's promos do not come from booster packs. Each is tied to a specific product, which matters if you are filling a binder. The numbers below come from French specialist sites that agree with one another, while Pokémon France's own November list confirms the Kyogre promo in the Elite Trainer Box.

Kyogre, MEP 117, is the full-art foil promo in the Elite Trainer Box, illustrated by Nurikabe according to Cardzia. It cannot be pulled from a pack. In Japan this Kyogre was part of Storm Emeralda; it was moved out of the international set list to become the box promo. The box also holds 9 packs, 65 sleeves, 40 Energy cards, damage dice, a coin-flip die, a plastic coin, a storage box and a player's guide.

Seel, MEP 116, comes with the three-pack blister. Spritzee, MEP 115, sits in the checklane blister with one pack and a Totodile coin. Some listings call it a one-pack blister and others a checklane blister, so check the product photo.

The Build and Battle Box works differently. It contains a 40-card deck, 4 packs, a Pokémon TCG Live code and one of four foil promos, sold at prerelease events and in game stores.

On price, several French sources give €55.99 for the Elite Trainer Box. Cardzia also cites €17.99 for the three-pack and €5.99 for a single pack, but says these are extrapolated because no official price list was published. Shop prices during preorders ran higher in places. If you buy a product opened or second-hand, ask whether the promo is still inside.

The Kyogre, Groudon and Giratina gift-with-purchase cards offered at some US, Canadian and Australian retailers are a separate promotion.
