One Piece PEB-01 The Drawing of Your Dreams: first Premium Extra Booster, April 23, 2027
Bandai starts a new line: PEB-01 arrives April 23, 2027 with 16 all-holo cards per pack and 88+30 card types at $7.99 in the US.
Bandai announced a new product line for One Piece Card Game on November 6, 2026: Premium Extra Boosters. The first is PREMIUM EXTRA BOOSTER -THE DRAWING OF YOUR DREAMS- [PEB-01].
It releases on April 23, 2027, and cards become tournament legal 7 days after release in your region.
Each pack holds 16 cards and Bandai describes it as an all-holo premium pack. The total is listed as 88+30 card types. Bandai does not say what the 30 refers to, and it repeats its warning that duplicates can appear and a full set may be hard to finish.
The concept is custom dream illustrations printed as cards. Neither the English nor the French page mentions a drawing contest, artist names or a character list, so it is not yet clear who draws these cards or how they are chosen.
The US MSRP is $7.99 per pack, compared with $4.99 for a regular booster such as OP-19. The French page gives no price, and box configuration is not listed.
For collectors this means a new line to track alongside OP and EB, with a higher per-pack cost. How much of it will matter for deck building cannot be judged until the card list is out.
