Pokémon TCG Live 1.44.0: Delta Reign playable November 5, what the update adds

Delta Reign landed on Pokémon TCG Live on Thursday, November 5, 2026, the day before its store release. GameRant lays out version 1.44.0, with maintenance scheduled for November 3 at 8:00 AM Pacific. Its intro gives November 3 for the update and its patch notes give November 5 for the set, which fits one preparing the other.

For anyone who collects physical cards, the digital release is a handy way to try new cards before they are tournament legal. You can see how Legendary Stadiums or Mega Rayquaza ex actually play without opening a pack. Code cards from some physical products also unlock in-game content.

The update adds practical tools: an inbox for friend invites and match requests, the option to invite friends to Expanded games, and settings for visual effects, useful for accessibility or weaker devices.

Fixes cover several cards and the deck editor, including a Night Stretcher bug that could freeze a game.

A new battle pass launches with the set. GameRant does not list its rewards, noting only that past seasons offered free packs, full-art cards and avatar items. It also expects new decks built around Mega Rayquaza ex and Zinnia's Trust, but presents that as an expectation, so there is no confirmed list yet.
