Pokémon World Championships 2027 head to Singapore; Andrew Hendrick wins 2026 TCG title
Worlds 2027 is set for Singapore in mid-August. At Worlds 2026 in San Francisco, Andrew Hendrick won the TCG Masters title.
The 2026 Pokémon World Championships wrapped up in San Francisco, with the final day at Chase Center. At the closing ceremony, The Pokémon Company announced Singapore as the host for 2027. VGC reported it on August 31, 2026, and Singaporean media confirmed it the same day.
The 2026 TCG champions were Yuta Araki in Juniors, Jake Ng in Seniors and Andrew Hendrick in Masters, according to VGC and Level Up.
Most reports date Worlds 2027 to August 13 to 15, 2027. VGC writes August 13 to 17 but quotes a Pokémon post that refers to the weekend of August 13 to 15, so we use the shorter range until a full official page appears. The main event is at Singapore EXPO, with Championship Sunday at Singapore Indoor Stadium, according to Time Out and Bandwagon, and ticket details had not been set out at that point.
It will be the first Worlds in Asia since Yokohama in 2023. VGC also notes that PokémonXP, the fan experience area from recent years, will not be part of the 2027 event.
Closer to home for European players, the 2027 Europe International Championships are listed for London from February 19 to 21, 2027 in the calendars kept by Serebii and Dittobase.
